Dear Renfrew Park Community Association Members,

This is an invitation for you to join us at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Renfrew Park Community Association (RPCA) which will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2021 from noon to 2 pm. Due to the pandemic we plan to have the AGM in a hybrid model, meaning a combination of in-person meeting in the gym at Renfrew Park Community Centre and online participation via Zoom.

If you plan on attending our Annual General Meeting we ask that you register online (https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/vancouver/Activity_Search/renfrew-annual-general-meeting/289734) or by calling the Community Centre (604-257-8388 ext 1). During registration, you can confirm your attendance to the AGM via online or in person through a drop-down option.

You became a member of RPCA when you registered for a program or event at Renfrew Park Community Centre. As a member of the Association you have the right to vote at the AGM, provide suggestions and feedback on community issues and programs, and the opportunity to join the Association board and help shape policy and grow the Association.

Eligible members are encouraged to apply to become a member of the Board of Directors which operates Renfrew Park Community Centre in conjunction with Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation.
